Just over a month!

I've got about a month to go until I leave for Oviedo, and all that I think I have to do now is get my passport/visa back and pack. I'm definitely nervous. Thankfully Joelle from Navigators will be there with me and Abigail from home will be there and traveling with me. We will be living with host families, but everyone in the program will be staying in a hotel for the first night.

The thing I'm most nervous about right now is getting there and not being able to get around because of culture shock. Everyone says I'll be fine, but it's hard to think that when you won't be anywhere near the people you love for five months. I thank God so much for the fact that I have some relatives in England to visit while there. And that I know some people who are going with me to Oviedo.


While I'm in Spain I will try to post weekly updates and photos, too.  I can't wait to be on my way, and more excited for the day I get back to the States!  Until next time, or as they say in Spain, "Hasta la vista!"
